Firewood Delivered Locally

The timber used for firewood is a mixture of hardwoods, mainly Ash but with a mixture of Oak, Beech, Birch and Lime and have all come from local and sustainable woodland works approved by the Forestry Commission.

These woods are suitable for burning in a closed wood burning stove or an open fire.

Our firewood is air dried in timber crates (yes – made from timber we have felled and milled!) until it is ready to burn – less than 20% moisture content.

We cut to either 8”-9” (20cm) or 12”-14” (30cm) long logs and sell in either 1 cubic meter or 1.5 cubic meter loads (or multiples of those).

A 1m3 load is £150.00 and a 1.5m3 load is £220.00 including local delivery and is a loose, tipped load.
